Dr. Blissenbach has been my PCP for 3+ years. This was the first time I met Lean-Anne Griffis, the APRN, and she was great! The staff got me in within 5 mins of my appt time for the pre stuff. Ms Lea-Anne was in the room within a few minutes of when I went in. I had 3-4 new things to discuss and she was extremely thorough but also efficient throughout each of them. She also summarized back to me our discussion and next steps for each. She and her assistants were great in every way!

Lots of whining and griping about how busy they were and complained about helping people on the phones. Appointment was late. Dr. B and staff are the best and I entrust my life and health to them. Dr B is very thorough and I want her in my corner if my life is ever in peril due to health reasons. Or any reason for that matter. I wish the billing system would realize I have recurring quarterly appointments and not send me past due notices for minimal amounts when I always pay my past due amount at the next appointment. I don’t get as many notices as I used to, and maybe that’s because the cost of care estimate is more accurate than it previously was at the point of care. But I did get a past due notice in the mail yesterday, which is two days before my next appointment, which is when I will pay it. All in all I love this practice and trust them to the fullest!
